The representative of the Philippines said that his delegation was planning to make a notification relating to Articles 3, 4 and 5 of the Agreement, but wished to reiterate that, as had already been stated by Singapore on behalf of the ASEAN Members of the WTO at previous meetings, the submission of that notification should not in any manner be construed as a waiver of any right under the TRIPS Agreement.
