The representative of Singapore wondered whether those Members, whose legislation would be reviewed in 1998, without prejudice to their rights under Article 65, and which might be found not to be entirely in compliance with the Agreement, would be required to amend their legislation before the end of the applicable transitional period. This was an important issue for those Members which were considering to agree to an early review; he suggested that it be taken up in informal consultations.
