Denmark
The Danish Government hereby wishes to inform the Council for Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights that Denmark has made a reservation in accordance with Article 17 of the International Convention for the Protection of Performers, Producers of Phonograms and Broadcasting Organizations, adopted at Rome on 26 October 1961 (the Rome Convention). Thus Denmark applies, for the purposes of Article 5 of the Rome Convention, the criterion of fixation alone. With reference to paragraph 6 of Article 14 of the TRIPS Agreement, Denmark declares that it wishes to apply the criterion of fixation alone in the context of the TRIPS Agreement, in the same way as it applies the criterion of fixation alone as far as Article 5 of the Rome Convention is concerned.
