2. Description

In accordance with Article 1.3 and Article 3.1 of the Agreement on TRIPS the Republic of Slovenia declares the following reservations provided for in Article 5, paragraph 3, of the International Convention for the Protection of Performers, Producers of Phonograms and Broadcasting Organizations (Rome Convention): -As regards the protection of producers of phonograms it will not apply the criterion of publication referred to in Article 5, paragraph 1(c) of the said Convention. The International Convention for the Protection of Performers, Producers of Phonograms and Broadcasting Organizations is in the Republic of Slovenia under internal ratification procedure which will be followed by notification of accession with above-mentioned reservations.
