2. Description

With regard to the notification requirements of Articles 1.3 and 3.1 of the TRIPS Agreement, the Government of Zimbabwe wishes to inform that it will only protect broadcasts where the following two conditions are met: (i)the headquarters of the broadcasting organization is situated in another WTO Member; and (ii)the broadcast was transmitted from a transmitter situated in the same WTO Member.
