6. Brief description
Act amending Section 6 d of the Act on Collective Marks, adopted on 25 August 2016, 2016/721, entry into force on 1 January 2017 - Laki yhteismerkkilain 6 d §:n muuttamisesta - Lag om ändring av 6 d § i lagen om kollektivmärken Technical amendment: reference to the Courts Act (2016/673) was changed. Act amending the Act on Collective Marks, adopted on 31 January 2013, 2013/108, entry into force on 1 September 2013 - Laki yhteismerkkilain muuttamisesta - Lag om ändring av lagen om kollektivmärken Section 5.2 concerning institution of legal action in order to cancel registration was amended. New sections 6a–6e relating to the centralisation of intellectual property matters to the Market Court were inserted. Act amending Section 1 of the Act on Collective Marks, adopted 25 January 1993/40, entry into force on 1 February 1993 - Laki yhteismerkkilain 1 §:n muuttamisesta - Lag om ändring av 1 § lagen om kollektivmärken Addition of a clause to Section 1 concerning gaining an exclusive right to collective marks by assertion.
