This is an unofficial translation of the Norwegian Patents Act (LOV-1967-12-15-9), containing the main provisions on patent protection. The latest amendments cover the implementation on Regulation (EC) 1901/2006 on the extension of the supplementary protection period for medicinal products for paediatric use.
