6. Brief description

The Order amends various time periods prescribed in the Trade Marks (International Registration) Order 2008 (SI 2008/2206) by substituting a reference to 'beginning immediately after' for the references to 'beginning with' so that when computing a period of time by reference to a relevant date, the date on which the relevant event occurred is not included.
