6. Brief description
The Regulation prescribes the procedures for the registration, protection and supervision of geographical indications of agricultural products and foodstuffs, including spirit drinks and wines and also the procedures for the supervision and control of the scheme of protected designations of origin and the scheme of traditional specialties guaranteed in conformity with EU regulation.
