These Regulations amend the Patents Regulations 1991, Trade Marks Regulations 1995 and Designs Regulations 2004 to update the English text of the rules made under the Patent Cooperation Treaty; provide for the use of modern technology in the patent application process; and add Cape Verde to the list of Convention countries.
