An Act relating to the classification of publications, films and computer games to provide for the classification of publications, films and computer games for the Australian Capital Territory. The Act forms part of a Commonwealth/ State/Territory scheme for the classification of publications, films and computer games and for the enforcement of those classifications. Provisions dealing with the consequences of not having material classified and the enforcement of classification decisions are to be found in the complementary laws of the States and Territories.
