6. Brief description
The Unfair Competition Prevention Act, as amended by: Act No. 54 of 2015. The Unfair Competition Prevention Act was revised (i) to enhance institutional deterrence against infringement of trade secrets, and (ii) to improve the scope of punishment concerning the crime of infringement of trade secrets.
