The Trade-Marks Act governs the registration of trade-marks, establishment of the Register of trade-marks, effect of registration, registration of United Kingdom trade-marks and legal proceedings involving the validity of a registered trade-mark. The Act also makes provision for offences committed against trade-marks registered in Fiji.
