Commercial Code (as amended) (No. 513 of 5 November 1991)
The Commercial Code regulates the status of entrepreneurs and the relations concerning obligations of business parties as well as some other relations related to business activities. It deals with the establishment and operation of business companies, partnerships and cooperatives. Major part of the Code provides rules for business contractual obligations. The Code provides basic rules for licensing contracts on IPRs. Its provisions concerning company's winding-up apply to transfer and assignment of some IPRs. The Code contains also provisions ensuring protection against unfair competition including unauthorized disclosure of business secrets and information.
