6. Brief description
This Law amends the Trademark Law (document IP/N/1/DEU/T/1), the Law Dealing with Copyright and Related Rights (document IP/N/1/DEU/C/1) as well as three laws notified by Germany as "Other laws and regulations" under Article 63.2 of the Agreement, i.e. the Judiciary Law, the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Law Concerning the Fees of the Patent Office and the Patent Court
