6. Brief description

Industrial Property Bill 2002, which has been notified by Grenada in addition to its initial notification under Article 63.2 of the Agreement, by a communication dated 13 June 2002. The Bill, once adopted, will repeal the Patents Act (CAP. 227) (distributed in document IP/N/1/GRD/P/1); the Patents Rules; the Registration of United Kingdom Patents Act (Cap. 283) (distributed in document IP/N/1/GRD/P/2); the Registration of United Kingdom Patents Rules; the Registration of United Kingdom Trade Marks Act (Cap. 284) (distributed in document IP/N/1/GRD/I/2); and the Registration of United Kingdom Trade Marks Rules.
