Code of Civil Procedure is the general law on civil procedure and Articles 79, 89, 229, 230, 259, 280, 281, 312, 314, 316, 317, 335, 336 and/or 338 of the Code relate to Articles 42, 43, 45 and/or 48 of the TRIPS Agreement. Code of Civil Procedure is the general law of civil procedure and Article 151 of the Code relates to paragraph 4 of Article 63 of the TRIPS Agreement, and Articles 185, 191, 193, 258, 259, 294, 360 and 393 of the Code relate to Article 41 of the TRIPS Agreement.
