6. Brief description
These Acts contain provisions on provisional (preliminary) measures, preventing a violation of IPRs, applicable to civil and administrative procedures. The Act administers procedures, whereby state administrative bodies and agencies take decisions on rights, interests protected by rights and obligations of natural and juridicial persons. Provisions of the Act apply to the proceedings before the Industrial Property Office.
