6. Brief description
§1 Legal relations between citizens and their protection The regulation of the legal relations between citizens contributes to the implementation of the rights and liberties of the citizens, in particular to the protection of the personality and the inviolability of the property. The Civil Code regulates property relationships between natural and judicial persons, property relationships between these persons and the State, including the relations ensuing from the right of the persons to be protected, unless these relations are not governed by other legislation. The legal relations ensuing from the results of intellectual creative activity are governed by special legislation.
