6. Brief description
Article 32: Foreigners who will bring action in Turkey should give security to the Court as cautio judicatum solvi for the defendant's cost. Nevertheless since Turkey is party to the "1954 The Hague Convention Civil Procedure", foreign plaintiffs who are resident in, or nationals of one of the States parties to the Convention, are not ordered this payment.
