6. Brief description
This Law protects personal non-proprietary rights and proprietary rights of authors and their successors related to the creation and use of works of science, literature, and arts (copyright), and rights of performers, manufacturers of phonograms and videograms, and of broadcast organizations (related rights). Date of adoption: 23 December 1993 (new wording of 11 July 2001).
