The representative of Hong Kong, China said that her delegation had tendered its proposal in document TN/IP/W/8 with a view to facilitating the negotiation on the establishment of a multilateral system of notification and registration of geographical indications for wines and spirits. She welcomed this further opportunity to discuss the Chair's list of questions and hoped the discussion would clarify the key issues of the GI register to be established.
