The representative of Switzerland said that the term "duly", referred to in one of the summary points under the first question, had been used by her delegation during the previous Friday’s meeting. She had left open what her delegation at least understood by "duly take into account", meaning that it referred to the effects mentioned in TN/C/W/52, i.e. prima facie evidence for meeting the definition as well as providing evidence on genericness.
