46. The representative of Hong Kong, China said that paragraph 2 of Annex A of her delegation's proposal set out which details should be submitted to the registrar as a requirement of notification. Her delegation believed that with regard to a registered GI the notifying Member would have in its possession all the details set out in that paragraph 2 and that that information could be shared between the consulting and the notifying Members.
