The representative of the Secretariat clarified that most Members had presented their information in a somewhat different structure from that used in the illustrative list contained in document IP/C/W/122. Since most of the responses that had been received had been based on this alternative structure, contained in document IP/C/W/126, the Secretariat had used it in preparing the summary table. An option open to delegations in supplying information would be to fill in the relevant boxes in the summary table in Annex 2 to document IP/C/W/273.
