91. The representative of Korea extended its appreciation to China for its detailed and comprehensive oral and written presentations as well as the written responses to Members' questions. He wished to know the efforts China had made regarding the establishment of a legal framework for intellectual property protection and implementation of the TRIPS Agreement. He believed that the Chinese Government, as a responsible Member, would continue its efforts and participate in the TRIPS Council's work in a constructive manner. Underlining the importance of enforcement, he said that enforcement could not pick up overnight. His delegation looked forward to China's further consistent efforts and progress in bringing its legal texts into reality.
