1. In proposing the agenda for adoption, the Chairman said that item K on "Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights (Part III of the Agreement) – Communication from Switzerland" had been put on the proposed agenda at the written request of the delegation of Switzerland, dated 23 May 2007. He proposed that the Council adopt the agenda as proposed.
