117. The Chairman said that this item had been put on the Council's proposed agenda at the request of the delegation of Switzerland, dated 23 May 2007. The Council had received a communication from Switzerland entitled "Enforcement of Intellectual Property rights: Communication and Coordination as a Key to Effective Border Measures" (IP/C/W/492).
