114. The Chairperson said that, as already discussed under a previous agenda item, the Council was to take up at its October meeting its annual review of technical cooperation under Article 67. The Council would also need to hold its sixth annual review under paragraph 8 of the Decision on the Implementation of Paragraph 6 of the Doha Declaration on TRIPS and Public Health, and report on its operation to the General Council. Furthermore, the Council would have on its agenda the eight transitional review under Section 18 of the Protocol of the Accession of the People's Republic of China.
