20. The Chairman said that he sensed agreement among Members to include item L on the agenda. With respect to item M, in view of the suggestion to amend it to something more general, he asked whether Members could accept to include item M on the agenda for the current meeting if it was re titled as "Enforcement Developments", without prejudice to what might happen in future meetings.
