92. The representative of the Secretariat said that the three documents had been circulated simply for the information of Members and each document was subject to the caveat "This document has been prepared under the Secretariat's own responsibility and without prejudice to the positions of Members and to their rights and obligations under the WTO". In the course of the development of the documents, they would be circulated as JOB documents, and Members concerned would be given an opportunity to confirm and clarify any characterisation of their positions that were mentioned in the documents. The past revisions of the three documents had been simply noted by the Council, and they had not been adopted formally by the Council.
