14.1. The Chairman said that, since the Council's meeting in November 2012, two new Members had joined the WTO. The Lao People's Democratic Republic became the 158th Member of the WTO on 2 February 2013,2 and Tajikistan became the 159th Member of the WTO on 2 March 2013.3
