The representative of Peru shared the concern expressed by some about the level of detail requested of Members, in particular as indicated in Annex 2 of document IP/C/W/8 as well as in document IP/C/W/9. To provide such detailed responses, not only on laws and regulations but also on the practices involved, might pose considerable difficulties for the authorities concerned.
