The Chairman noted that there would be an opportunity fairly early on after the August break to return to this item in case delegations would have, by that time, further suggestions or proposals that they wished to make. He also noted that, if the Council was to conduct a review this year under Article 24.2, it would have to take a decision at its September meeting at the latest on how it was going to do this.
