18. The representatives of Peru, the European Community, Thailand and Korea expressed support for the proposal to approach this matter on the basis of the three options outlined by the Chairman and to request the Secretariat to prepare a format for the third option. The representatives of Paraguay and Brazil agreed but emphasized that such a format could only serve as a guideline for each Member in preparing its notification.
