15. Following some discussion on its status, the Chairman suggested that the Council take note of the Annex to document IP/C/W/48 with the proposed amendments as a document which had been developed by the Council as a practical aid to assist delegations making notifications of laws and regulations relating to Articles 3, 4 and 5 of the Agreement. He further suggested that the Council take note of the statements made.
