The present document reproduces information on the implementation of Article 66.2 of the TRIPS Agreement by the European Communities and by Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Information on the implementation of Article 66.2 of the TRIPS Agreement by other member States of the European Communities will be circulated as a supplement to this document.
