Act amending the Copyright Act, adopted on 22 May 2015, 2015/608, entry into force on 1 June 2015 - Laki tekijänoikeuslain muuttamisesta - Lag om ändring av upphovsrättslagen Amendment to sections 25i, 47 and 48 of the Copyright Act. The author's entitlement to receive remuneration for the retransmission from the retransmitting organization was established. Act amending the Copyright Act, adopted on 22 May 2015, 2015/607, entry into force on 1 June 2015 - Laki tekijänoikeuslain muuttamisesta - Lag om ändring av upphovsrättslagen Amendment to all sections adding titles to all sections. Sections 25i, 26, 29, 45, 46, 46a, 49, 49a, 60a-60 g, 64 included amendments concerning content of those sections. Act amending the Copyright Act, adopted on 19 December 2014, 2014/1171, entry into force on 1 January 2015 - Laki tekijänoikeuslain muuttamisesta - Lag om ändring av upphovsrättslagen The act amended sections 26 a, 26b, 45, 46, 46a, 49a of the Copyright Act. Amendments to sections 26a and 26b concerned compensation for the reproduction of a work for private use to its authors that the state shall pay. The compensation is paid as direct compensation to the authors and as indirect compensation to the authors for their common purposes. Changes to other sections were technical. Act amending the Copyright Act, adopted on 8 November 2013, 2013/763, entry into force on 15 November 2013, entry into force of section 16 f on 29 October 2014 - Laki tekijänoikeuslain muuttamisesta - Lag om ändring av upphovsrättslagen The following amendments were made (Implementation of Directive 2011/77/EU): - extension of the term of protection for performers and sound recordings to 70 years - performer's right to terminate a contract on transfer or assignment if the phonogram producer does not offer copies of the phonogram for sale in sufficient quantity or does not make it available to the public - performer's right to obtain an annual supplementary remuneration from the phonogram producer (if a non-recurring remuneration was agreed on in the contract on transfer or assignment) A new section 16 f referring to Act on Orphan Works implementing Directive 2012/28/EU was also inserted. *Amended sections: 19.4, 25g, 45.4. 45.5., 46.2, 46.3, 46a subsection 3. New sections: 16f, 43.2, 45.5, 45.6 and 46b–46d. Act amending the Copyright Act, adopted on 13 September 2013/674, entry into force on 1 January 2014 - Laki tekijänoikeuslain muuttamisesta - Lag om ändring av upphovsrättslagen Amendments to sections 16 b and 16 c regulating the use of works in the National Audiovisual Archive. Act amending the Copyright Act, adopted on 31 January 2013/118, entry into force on 1 September 2013 - Laki tekijänoikeuslain muuttamisesta - Lag om ändring av upphovsrättslagen Amendments concerning the centralisation of intellectual property matters to the Market Court. Sections 54 and 60c and 61 § were amended and new sections 61a and 61 b were inserted. Act amending Section 58 of the Copyright Act, adopted on 27 August 2010, 2010/776, entry into force on 1 December 2016 - Laki tekijänoikeuslain 58 §:n muuttamisesta - Lag om ändring av 58 i upphovsrättslagen Amendment concerning forfeiture. Act amending Sections 25 b and 48 of the Copyright Act, adopted on 30 April 2010, 2010/307, entry into force on 1 May 2010 - Laki tekijänoikeuslain 25 b ja 48 §:n muuttamisesta - Lag om ändring av 25 b och 48 i upphovsrättslagen Amendment concerning the authorised use of copyright protected works and short news reports with high interest value in other TV-broadcasts with the requirement, that the original source is mentioned. (Implementation of Directive 2007/65/EC, Article 3 k) Act amending Sections 26 d and 26 l of the Copyright Act, adopted on 22 December 2009, 2009/1442, entry into force on 1 January 2010 - Laki tekijänoikeuslain 26 d ja 26 l §:n muuttamisesta - Lag om ändring av 26 d och 26 l i upphovsrättslagen Technical amendments: The tasks – a right to issue a conditional fine and carry out an inspection in the premises of the seller (resale remuneration), or manufacturer, importer, reseller (fair compensation, levy) – of the state provincial office were transferred to the regional administration office. Act amending Section 26 a of the Copyright Act, adopted on 31 October 2008, 2008/663, entry into force on 1 January 2009 - Laki tekijänoikeuslain 26 a §:n muuttamisesta - Lag om ändring av 26 a § i upphovsrättslagen The Council of the State was given authority to define in a decree the devices subject to the levy set to the manufacturers or importers of recording devices for the making of copies for private use, and the amount of the levy. Act amending the Copyright Act, adopted on 28 December 2007, 2007/1436, entry into force on 1 January 2008 - Laki tekijänoikeuslain muuttamisesta - Lag om ändring av upphovsrättslagen Amendment concerning the authorised use of copyright protected works in a library entitled to a legal deposit of a copy of a work under the Act on Deposit and Preservation of Cultural Material and in the National Audiovisual Archive. Act amending the Copyright Act, adopted on 22 December 2006, 2006/1228, entry into force on 1 January 2007 - Laki tekijänoikeuslain muuttamisesta - Lag om ändring av upphovsrättslagen Amendment concerning the author's right to remuneration for the lending of copies of a work to the public in a public library, including provisions on the approval of the organisation to administer the remuneration. Act amending the Copyright Act, adopted on 21 July 2006, 2006/679, entry into force on 1 September 2006 - Laki tekijänoikeuslain muuttamisesta - Lag om ändring av upphovsrättslagen Amendments concerning the sanctions for copyright infringements, mainly injunction. In addition technical amendments to sections 56 g and 59 a. (A part of implementation of Directive 2004/48/EC.) Act amending the Copyright Act, adopted on 5 May 2006, 2006/345, entry into force on 1 June 2006 - Laki tekijänoikeuslain muuttamisesta - Lag om ändring av upphovsrättslagen Amending the provisions of the resale remuneration.
