ACT ON THE TOPOLOGY OF THE INTEGRATED CIRCUITS

The Act provides the conditions and the order for registration of the topology of the integrated circuits called hereinafter topology, the rights ensuing from its registration and the protection of these rights. It has been amended three times since 1999. The amendments are not substantive and concern the representation (the scope has been expanded); one new article has been added on the rules for submission of documents and correspondence; the dossier (file format); jurisdiction (the competent court has changed).
