The representative of Argentina said that, like the delegations of Brazil, the Philippines, Malaysia, Ecuador and the Dominican Republic and the majority of the Council, she hoped that this issue would be solved along the lines of the proposal presented by her and certain other delegations in document IP/C/W/385.
