353. At the reconvened meeting on 29 November, the Chairman recalled that the Council had requested the Secretariat to prepare an addendum to the Council's Annual Report that would contain additional information on the Council's work at the reconvened meeting. He proposed that the addendum be approved through a written procedure, that the Secretariat circulate a draft by the end of the morning and that delegations would be asked to make any comments by 6 p.m. of that day.
