The Chairman said that a number of questions had also been raised with regard to the implementing legislation of certain Members whose reviews had already been deleted from the Council's agenda on the understanding that any delegation should feel free to revert to any matter stemming from the review at any time. These Members were Dominica, Gabon, Ghana and Guyana. As requested by the Council at its last meeting, the Secretariat had also written to these delegations to remind them of the outstanding questions.
