The representative of India said that, while his delegation could accept the agenda as proposed in WTO/AIR/2952/Rev.1, he wished to clarify that this acceptance of the inclusion of agenda item K should not in any way be construed as its acceptance of the inclusion of that item on the permanent agenda of the TRIPS Council or of its willingness to engage substantively on issues raised by Members under this agenda item.
