The Chairman recalled that, at its meeting in October 2006, the Council had taken up its fourth annual review of developed country Members' reports on their implementation of Article 66.2 of the TRIPS Agreement. In concluding the follow-up to that review at the Council's meeting in February 2007, the Chair had said that, given that only few least-developed country Members had been present at that meeting, there would be a further opportunity to make comments on the information submitted at the present meeting.
