The Chairman said that he would provide Members of the Council an opportunity at the next meeting to make further comments on the information submitted for this meeting that they might not yet had been able to study. He also urged other LDC Members to provide information on their individual priority needs for technical and financial cooperation preferably by 1 January 2008, noting that this was not a fixed deadline. In order to facilitate the discussions and follow-up to this matter, he proposed that the items on LDCs' priority needs for technical and financial cooperation be placed on the agenda of the Council's next meeting as a separate agenda item.
