6. The Chairperson recalled that, at its meeting in March 2009, the Council had initiated the review of the legislation of Ukraine, a newly acceded Member. As foreshadowed at that meeting, Switzerland had since then posed one follow-up question, which had been circulated in document IP/C/W/528/Add.1. Ukraine's response to this question had been circulated in document IP/C/W/530/Add.1.
