The representative of Argentina said that her country was among those who had sponsored the WIPO Development Agenda and participated in the negotiations which had resulted in the adoption of the Agenda. Argentina supported Brazil's document IP/C/W/513 and believed that the principles of the Development Agenda were also applicable in the TRIPS Council.
