206. The representative of Angola supported the proposal made by China regarding the dates of the workshop. In reaction to the statement made by Switzerland, he said that the proposed workshop should not be limited to experiences related to the Canada-Rwanda case. It would be equally important to include experiences in other cases. He called upon other Members to approach the suggested workshop with an open mind, as it would offer a platform to express views and to defend positions.
