The representative of the Secretariat noted that there was a formal list of countries with implementing legislation, which was contained in the draft report to the General Council on the annual review of the Paragraph 6 System. While the list of formally notified legislation was therefore on the record of the Council, the informal material to which he had referred was merely a summary of the details of such legislation.
