After consultations, the Chairman suggested that the Vice Minister of Ukraine present his statement concerning item N first and that the Council then revert to the proposed agenda and continue the discussion of the matter under that item. He further suggested that the Council adopt the proposed agenda with item O amended to read as "Enforcement Trends".
